Vegametal’s Velsa range of low covers has many advantages compared to others on the market.
For example, thanks to their seamless arches, they have an extremely high structural resistance and avoid the use of mitres on the sides which would weaken the structure of the covers.
Another differentiating feature of this range is that each module is separate, thus making them easy to move. In addition, the 30° angle support and its needle roller bearings result in an incredibly smooth rolling movement.
Furthermore, a sliding side door is installed in the largest module of the enclosure, allowing you to access the pool standing up, even in the lowest models.
But that’s not all; the entire range features a hinged section and an EPDM seal that, with a clearance of 20 cm above the ground on both sides, allows the cover to easily avoid obstructions while opening and closing.

The benefits of choosing a low cover for your pool.
If your garden is small, choosing a low cover will provide you considerably more flexibility. Additionally, it is a more economical pool enclosure that can provide complete safety against potential accidents involving children and pets. Being between 1m and 1.80m high, it covers your pool in a simple and discreet manner without disrupting the surroundings.
climate control
Vegametal low covers are designed to conserve the pool’s heat. Thus, when the sun’s rays hit the pool, the enclosure prevents the water from evaporating and creates a greenhouse effect inside it. Therefore, the water temperature rises by between 6 and 12ºC, allowing the bathing season to be extended beyond the summer.
easy opening
The low covers on rails have the added benefit of making opening and shutting them considerably smoother and simpler. In addition, as it has separate modules, there is no need to move all the modules to open it.
The rail on the Vegametal low cover is only 15 mm high, so you will barely notice it.
Safety
Our high pool enclosures are designed according to the French standard NFP 90 309, the only one in Europe for enclosures and child safety in swimming pools. As a result, our structures are completely safe, and children will be unable to enter them without permission from adults.
cleaning
Our low pool enclosures are virtually maintenance-free. However, we do not recommend using a pressure washer to clean them, as it may damage the material. If it is extremely dirty, neutral soap can be added to the water.
